&&____PLOTauditions Long ago, in the high snow-topped Mountains of the Tribe Cats, a disease called the Broken disease spread throughout the Tribe. It plagued almost every cat in the Mountains and killed off many cats. It was an epidemic that lasted for moons, and took quite awhile to recover from. The symptoms were hardly noticeable. First, a cat would start to become blind, and their vision would become fuzzy for awhile before they went completely black. Many cats within the Tribe just thought that it was old age or just hereditary, and they never did anything. Then, the disease started growing and affected speech, hearing, and movement. Many cats went deaf, mute, and even lame. The Tribe had never experienced anything like this before, and didn’t have any medicines to fix it. All they could do was wait for the disease to kill off everyone, or maybe even leave if they cast out the handicapped cats. And so, the cats were cats out, left to die in the rocky and dangerous land of the mountains. The cats died very quickly, because without sigh, hearing, speech, and movement, there is no guarantee for survival. It was a sad time, but the Tribe recovered and prayed that the disease would never return….
The Clans were living in happy and peaceful times, and nothing was a bother between the four. The days wore on and everything seemed to be going smoothly. Until one night, a strange cat showed up in the ThunderClan territory. A patrol quickly spotted the cat and took it to their camp, only to recognize a familiar Tribe cat friend named Star in Darkened Sky, or better known as Star. She was in a hurry to speak to the ThunderClan leader, anxious to tell the news of the Tribe. She told the story of the Broken disease, and how the disease had returned and was rampaging through the Tribe like wildfire. The leader didn’t know what to do, and he didn’t want to risk sending any of his own warriors, afraid that they’d catch the disease and bring it to the Clans. Little did he know that Star had done just what he was afraid might happen. Star eventually left with the ThunderClan leader’s condolences but the disease lurked within the Clans, ready to spring at any moment.
Suddenly, the disease attacked, but only little by little. It only affected a few cats first, but it slowly started to spread to many of the weaker and smaller cats of the Clans. Some died, and many were cats out, left to die in the wilderness of the outside. They set up their own camp, the strongest looking after the weaker. They prayed every day for StarClan to help them, but help never came. Every day felt like an eternity, and food was scarce. The cats that couldn’t move had the hardest time, and the blind usually didn’t stray far from camp. Hunting was a major problem, and mostly the deaf and speechless hunted. The camp was almost always in silence, the cats huddled among themselves, awaiting a miracle. The Clans banned visits to the handicapped camp, afraid that the disease would spread again to the Clans. Many cats hated that they just left their loves ones to die, but they had no choice. They were condemned.
A group of apprentices, two from ThunderClan, one from ShadowClan and WindClan, and two from RiverClan, met during a Gathering and discussed the unfairness of the handicapped. The two RiverClanners, Streampaw and Bearpaw, were siblings, and their parents had lost their sight. They were left orphaned in RiverClan, and were determined to find a way to save their parents. The apprentice from ShadowClan, Mosspaw, had lost her mother because she had lost her hearing. Her father had abandoned her mother and her when she was only a kit and her mother was the only family she had. Like Streampaw and Bearpaw, she was eager to rescue her mother. The two ThunderClanners, Sagepaw and Deerpaw, and the WindClan apprentice, Quickpaw, just felt that the whole ordeal was completely out of hand and needed to be dealt with. They thought it was unfair and unjust and that the leaders needed to do something about the forgotten cats. They decided to meet every other day and come up with a plan to rescue the cats. Even though it would cost them their lives, they were determined to do the right thing.
The only thing they could think of was to travel to the Mountains and talk with the Tribe. They were most likely the only cats around that knew the most about the disease. It was decided. The six apprentices made their journey to the Mountains and were able to find the Tribe cats. Their numbers were small, because the disease had only just spread throughout their own camp. The apprentices learned little, as the Tribe had done just what the Clans had done. And so, disappointed and discouraged, the apprentices left the Mountains. But, the didn’t want to return to the Clans empty-handed. The six traveled very far, almost as far as the Sun-Drown place. When they were resting in a run-down barn, they came across a very old cat named Rapid who happened to know about the disease. He once was a cat that belonged to the Tribe, but left because of the unfairness of the whole ordeal. He traveled around for many seasons and learned quite a lot about the disease. He said that one cat told him that an flower called the Frias, or the Red-Tongued Fire Dragon was the cure for the disease. But, the flower only grew on a small island just outside the Sun-Drown place. The apprentices didn’t give up hope, and somehow had to find a way to get to the island.
With Rapid as their guide, they traveled to a Two-leg seaport and met some Ship cats named Steel and Bella. They were also going to help the apprentices to find the flower, and knew the island very well. They had also heard about the disease before, and were sympathetic to the Clans. The six apprentices only prayed that they would make it in time, and that the flower really was real on the island. Will they be able to make it in time to save the handicapped? Will they be able to find the flower? Will the Clans hold themselves together through the epidemic of the disease? Will the handicapped, broken and forgotten, be able to survive, even without the help of StarClan?

name; S a p h i r e * active?; Yes, almost every day. current characters; Soundstar, Inkpelt. wanted plot character; Bearpaw why you want this character; I love this site and am truly dedicated to it like a loyal member should be. Of course, since I am a fairly new member, I haven't quite settled into the community yet. What better way to do this then to join in on the plot!? Being a main character in Forever Silent's plot will also offer a great opportunity to learn how to handle an important character in a plot, there by learning responsibility. I also want this character because as soon as I laid eyes on him, I knew that I had to have him. I could immediately visualize the posts I could make with Bearpaw and knew the type of personality I wanted him to have. rp example with character [do your best!];| B | E | A | R | P | A | W |No, no, no, you're doing it all wrong! What if a ShadowClan cat came and snuck up behind you? You wouldn't stand a chance! Bearpaw explained with a hint of authority in his voice. Walking up to his fellow apprentice, he nudged her back legs. And go down lower with your back legs, your belly fur should be touching the ground. Jumping up on a tree branch, his courageous face faltered for a second as he began swaying back and forth. He quickly regained balance, making the uncertain look disappear as though it had never been there.
So, who wants to go on an adventure? he asked with a sparkle of mischief in his eyes. Since the mentors had gone back to camp to check on a supposed fox attack, they had left Bearpaw and two other fellow apprentices alone to practice their crouches. Of course, as soon as the three warriors were out of hearing range, Bearpaw took on the task of leader for the day. Sitting up there on a tree-branch, his faded green orbs staring down at the two other apprentices with a challenging smirk on his face, he knew that he had the upper hand.
After receiving mumbled agreements, he briskly jumped down from the tree with a satisfied mrrow. Then come on! Let's see if we can cross the Thunder Path! he exclaimed with his tail and head held high. He started marching toward the Thunder Path, determined to prove himself to the others as the bravest apprentice in RiverClan. Glancing at each other with worried looks, they both reluctantly followed the ambitious apprentice.... other; -huggles back- Don't mention it, I was glad to help with the plot!! ^ ^

name; Clawizzle! active?; Yep current characters; Cloudfoot wanted plot character; Steel why you want this character; I know exactly how I want Steel to act, and posts about him would flow like water. I love this site and I come on every day (I will post soon, don't worry), and I feel that being in the plot is a great way to get involved and really help this site to move forward. rp example with character [do your best!];STEEL. ---> the ship catSteel's whiskers twitched. Of course you'll find it in time, he snapped irritably. Don't you know that time won't speed up just because you don't know what's happening right now with the Clans?! The black tom was arguing with one of the six apprentices, who had just queried if they'd find it in time to save the Clans. Steel was fed up with these apprentices, but he felt that he should help them. After all--in his mind, at least--he was the only cat with sense who knew anything about the cure.
Then his voice took on a more soothing tone. And if any cats have gotten the disease, it'll only be a few, he mewed, though he wasn't convinced. But anything to make these apprentices shut up, eh? Yea, of course, because Steel was only concerened about that. Rapid and Bella could help them by finding the cure all they wanted. His job, Steel decided, would be to give the apprentices confidence by making them shut up and think logically about their dilemma for a minute.
Their mentors or whatever they are should've taught them this, he thought, digging his claws into the ground. It's not my job to keep them competent. I'm just a ship cat. Why should I care? But I do, so their mentors should thank me. And Rapid, and Bella, of course, but me most of all. Steel pictured it in his mind: 'Steel's comrades made them heroes,' said one cat, 'but Steel shaped them up into capable warriors.' He purred slightly at the thought of it all.
He was shaken from his dream of grandeur by a strange look from the questioning apprentice. Uh, he told the apprentice, you just asked a question, right? Okay, good. Um...what was it again? Nevermind, I'm sure it was something silly like 'are you sure?' or 'we'll never get the cure, will we?'. But I have a solution for those types of questions! Steel's immediate thought was, I do? Since when? He wasn't one to think before talking; he was the other type of cat, one to talk before thinking.
He went on nevertheless. You must be confident! Hasn't your, uh, whatchamacallit, mentor, that's it, your mentor, taught you this yet? Have faith in yourself, have faith in me, have faith in time, have faith in Starwhatchamacallit, Clan, that's it, StarClan! Faith! Confidence! Courage! All are necessary in order to fight this disease. I should know, my whole life hasn't been confined to living in the Clans. Steel looked at the apprentice with proud yellow-green eyes. You got it now? other; Nothin'.

name; Thunder active?; I am starting to get active once more as I thought this sight had totally died a little while ago... current characters; Cloudstar wanted plot character; Sagepaw why you want this character; Well, I would like to give back to FS for being such a naughty member and giving up a bit too quickly which is quite unlike me so I thought this would be a good way to say "I'm sorry..." in a way... To do my best to try to help you get all of the plot characters tooken care of. I would also like to get involved with FS since I never really had the chance before. rp example with character [do your best!]; It wasn't fair! All the other apprentices in ThunderClan most likely got to eat a little mouse or so before they had to go on an hour or two training session. Her mentor, in her mind, was fox-dung. Her mentor had insisted that she not eat since she needed to earn it. Great StarClan! It wasn't fair at all. When she had left she had seen a few other apprentices eating two mice and their mentors weren't fussing at them when they had their head down about to sink their fangs into it. She almost had her first bite of that large mouse but her mentor had walked out of the Warrior's Den right then and yowled at her to put that mouse back to hurry up for the long training session. It just wasn't fair! Sagepaw sighed lightly as she trailed about a yard behind her mentor, her ears pinned against her head as she glared at her stupid mentor. What a bi- she stopped in the middle of her thought and decided not to continue with what she was about to think... It wasn't right to disrespect a warrior who was much older than she was even if they were being very mean. It just wasn't right and this was most likely something she was going to have to put up with in the future. Maybe her mentor had a point with doing this. Maybe it was to toughen her up just so she could with stand being hungry for a while incase she was in trouble and had no time to eat. Even though she was literally starving Sagepaw was going to put up with it even if she still thought it was stupid for her not being able to eat.
Sighing she continued to trudge slowly behind her mentor as they got closer and closer to the area where the apprentices were trained. It certainly didn't take to long, atleasy seven minutes at the tops for them to reach their destination. Her tail slowly waved as she waited for her mentor to address her with what she was about to do. Her mentor had already taught her to be alert at all times and most of the fighting moves. Her mentor moved behind her but she made no thought of it, just guessing that her mentor was about to start walking around her but she was wrong. There was literally no wind for poor Sagepaw to be able to scent where her mentor was at. As it neared about five minutes of stanidng there Sagepaw turned around. Where was her mentor?!? No where to be seen at the moment. She totally freaked out a bit. Her amber eyes traveled in every direction as she paniced and such but there was nothing to be freaking out about. Turning quickly around Sagepaw was about to run off but her mentor was soon on her back. But she didn't know that. Freaking out, she suspected it was ShadowClan ambushing them. The only thing to do was use what her mentor had taught her and she did exactly that.
First thing is first. She needed to get whoever this was off her back. And that was easy to do since she and her mentor had practiced it many times before. Doing her best to stop panicing she jump in the air and went crashing down onto the ground with her back which contained the cat who had suprised her blocking her from hitting the ground. Though whoever this cat was was quick. They managed to get off her back some how before she hit the ground causing great impact on her back. Closing her eyes as she cringed in pain from such force put on her back she quickly scrambled to her paws still with her eyes closed. When she opened her eyes the cat was gone but she could sense whoever it was was somewhere close by. Who was this mysterious cat. She then heard the voice of her mentor. She quickly turned around and saw her mentor looking at her with a approving and disapproving look in her eyes.
"I know I taught you to keep your sense alert, Sagepaw, but apparently you weren't listening when I taught you that so I think we are going to need to repeat that lesson to see if it will finally go through your brain so until then we will stay on that one topic until you learn. I think me not letting you eat was the problem and your senses were covered with your anger. And I lied when I told you that this was going to be an extra long training session just to see if you wouldn't let your anger get in your way of paying attention... It wouldn't for me but it seemed not to be the same for you. Now come along, we are going back to camp and maybe we will continue this training in a couple of hours but maybe I'll let you rest since you did but up a very good fight when I attacked you." Her mentor smiled misheviously and started to walk off, knowing that Sagepaw would follow.
A bit suprised that her mentor was so tricky she followed after her mentor a bit confused and a bit suprised still. Maybe her mentor wasn't so stupid and she felt bad about almosting calling her mentor such a thing that she almost had called her. Sighing with relief that she was about to be able to eat she quickly bounded to her mentor where they could walk side by side and maybe talk a little bit about this very bad training session that had gone okay except for Sagepaw forgetting to stay alert at all times even though she was a bit mad. As she reached her mentors side she decided that she had been thinking wrong of her mentor all along. Boy did she feel stupid. She looked at her mentor... She admired her mentor a lot. She was a wise warrior who didn't deserve to be though of to be "stupid" and such things. Maybe it was Sagepaw who was stupid... But that didn't matter right now to Sagepaw. As long as she got to eat... She actually wanted to go and train again today after how bad she had done at being alert.
"Can we go train again in about an hour?" Her mentor looked at her and nodded her head. "Sure thing." Smiling, Sagepaw looked around then looked at her mentor again. "I'll beat you to the camp!" She said joyfully as she took off. She looked back and then noticed her mentor coming up fast as she raced Sagepaw back to the camp.
other; Nope.

Thank you guys! I really enjoyed reading all of the rp examples. I think that all of you role-play the characters exactly how I pictured them. And now, since you three are accepted, you need to make a bio for the plot cat. [: And Saphire, Bearpaw is in RiverClan.

current characters;None
wanted plot character; Bella
why you want this character; Bella seems to reflect my inner character a lot. Kind and willing to take care of those who are in need of help.
rp example with character [do your best!];Bella stalking a mouse from inside a tree. The mouse was unknowing of her whereabouts, but was getting paranoid by her smell. She leaped from tree branch to tree branch without a noise, and the mouse was too frightened to think. Bella knew that she had victory already, yet did not smile. She knew better than to celebrate before victory... Finally, the mouse was half mad, and Bella decided to put it out of its misery. Bella leaped out of the tree silently, and swiped her claw straight across the mouse's neck. A clean, quick kill with almost no pain for the prey. Bella was now fairly pleased with herself, and grabbed the mouse in between her jaws, bringing it to the shade...
