Description:

-- Octoberstar's pelt is quite stunning and unusual. The main color is a light creamish-color or even an off-white. In the sunlight, his gorgeous pelt may have a golden glow to it. Darker stripes of brown run down his legs and across his face, giving him a tiger-ish look. Octoberstar's pelt has a few dark brown hairs within it, and even some light gray that makes his pelt look a little like a rocky mountain. His pelt isn't that long, but isn't too short either. It is just the right length, and Octoberstar seems to keep his pelt in the right condition. It is always shiny and silky, always giving off a golden glow, but mostly recognizable in the sunlight.

-- Octoberstar has a very broad build. His shoulders are wide-set and rippling muscles bulge out from underneath his pelt. He has strong hind legs that make him an excellent jumper, helping him with his fighting and hunting. His large build makes some cats somewhat afraid of him, and it makes him look fierce and hostile.

-- Octoberstar has very beautiful eyes that make his body even that more exotic-looking. They are a pale blue that sometimes look like a grayish-color, but in the moonlight they turn an icy blue that glow like stars. When he's angry, his eyes spark and looks like blue fire, ready to engulf anything in its path. Some cats are afraid to look him in the eye when he's angry, at his icy cold stare gives them shivers down their spines.

Personality:

-- Octoberstar has many traits to his personlity, and one of them is being hostile. He is very fierce when it comes to protecting his Clan, and he is proud of it. Being a leader means taking on the responsibility of protecting others', and he will do that any way he can. He has a very strong temper, which makes his hostility even that much worse. When he's really angry, he lashed out at anyone and everything, without thinking what he's doing. His anger blinds him to a lot of things and he usually never listens. Sometimes, he'll run off for a bit to calm down before he would hurt anyone. It isn't exactly one of his most flattering traits.

-- Octoberstar, next to being quite fierce and hostile, he can also be humorous and funny. He doesn't try to be funny, he just is. Things come out funny and he doesn't plan for them to be. Usually when he gives lectures or pep talks, most cats can't keep a straight face. He is like a stand-up comedian, always going off on improptu things.

--Octoberstar can also be very loving and caring. It is one of his better traits. With being a leader, he thinks that compassion is the right way to handle things, instead of violence. He loves every single one of his Clanmates, as he is the one that has to look out for them and handle the responsibility of being their ultimate guardian. And, when he finds that someone he would love forever, he would never stop loving them. He cares too much about others' feelings to really hurt anyone, and a loved one is no different.

--Octoberstar is very friendly and social. He could make friends with anyone, which makes him a very good leader. Cats generally like him, and he usually likes everyone else. He doesn't make enemies alot, just friends. Even with the most unlikely cat, he could befriend them. Octoberstar enjoys being part of the large crowd and likes to be sort of the center of attention. He isn't conceited or full of himself, he just likes to be noticed and talked to. This tom isn't shy at all. To anyone, he would walk up to them and greet them and even start a conversation with them. It is a very good trait for him to have, with him being a leader.

--Octoberstar gets annoyed easily, but he deals very patiently with the cats that annoy him. This tom has unlimited patience, and really never gets impatient. Although he gets annoyed with a lot of cats, he is patient with them and tries to ignore that he is annoyed. He knows when too much is enough, and will simply have an excuse to walk away from the cat that is annoying him.

History:

-- Octoberstar was born full-blooded into RiverClan into a litter of four. He was the oldest, strongest, and biggest of the litter. His parents, Autumnleaf and Gorgetail, met when they were just apprentices and fell in love in an instant. Autumnleaf was the quiet and shy type while Gorgetail was the popular and outgoing tom who was a big ladiesman. Many she-cat, even when he was an apprentice, padded after him but he never noticed any of them. Autumnleaf was the she-cat he wanted. Autumnleaf always had a huge crush on the tom, but neither of them knew until a Gathering when they both confessed their love for each other. A few moons after they were made warriors, the litter was born.

-- Octoberstar really gave his parents a work-out. He was the only rambunctious and loud kit, always getting into trouble. Jetclaw, his brother, was quiet and shy just like his mother. Larkwing, his closest sister, was close to being as loud and troublesome as Octoberstar was, but not nearly enough. The other sister, Raingaze, was just like her mother and her brother. Quiet, reserved, and shy. Octoberstar got frustrated with the two a lot because they weren't as loud and crazy as he and Larkwing were. But he got over it soon.

-- Octoberstar was apprenticed, and it was one of the most exciting things that happened to him in his life. His mentor, Spottedsky, was quite honored to have him as an apprentice. Octoberstar was her first apprentice, and the tom was destined to make her proud. He gathered his attitude together and tried his very best to be more collective and quiet, and tried to be a lot less rambuntious and loud. It worked, and he soon became a great apprentice. His strength was fighting, and he was the top apprentice in his group when it came to fighting. He was still a ladiesman, just like his dad, always flirting with the she-cats but never finding that one that stole his heart.

-- Octoberstar was soon made a warrior, but he was sad to leave Spottedsky's rule. She was a great mentor and Octoberstar always looked up to her and even still does. They talk often and share thoughts, and she is one of his closest friends. Octoberfall, then, was an excellent warrior and was a very valuable one at that. He was the top when it came to fighting and some cats even asked advice to him if they could. He wasn't the bes at hunting, but his sister Raingaze was a great hunter. The two, even personalities different, talked often about their skills and trained together to help each other get better. He was a very well-liked warrior too, and very popular.

--Octoberstar was soon made deputy when the most recent leader died, which was a tragedy to the Clan. Most cats, without a doubt, agreed that Octoberstar was the best choice for deputy. Even though he was very young, he made a great deputy. Eveything went very smoothly while he was deputy, except when the great battle occured just days before he became leader. The great battle was a large battle where all four Clans fought over many little things, and it ended as soon as it started. Many cats were killed, including the leader of RiverClan. The Clan mourned, but Octoberstar was ready to become leader.

-- Octoberstar was probably the best choice of leader there was in the Clan. He was very popular and well-liked, and many cats didn't argue that he became leader. He enjoys his position very much and he looks forward to everyday. Most of his reign has been peaceful, and he looks to keep it that way.
